Quibb Tradie Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Quibb. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quibb platform as a tradesperson ("Pro"). By signing up, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To join Quibb as a Pro, you must:

• Hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Hold current, valid trade licences for each state you operate in
• Hold current public liability insurance (minimum $5 million)
• Pass Quibb's vetting and background checks

3. Your Obligations

As a Quibb Pro, you agree to:

• Provide services with reasonable care and skill
• Comply with all applicable Australian Standards and regulations
• Be punctual and communicate any delays to customers
• Treat customers and their property with respect
• Maintain current licences and insurance at all times

4. Fees and Commission

Quibb charges a service fee on each completed job. Current rates are:

• Residential jobs: 10%
• Commercial jobs: 5%
• Emergency jobs: 15%

Founding members may receive commission-free periods as agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Customers pay Quibb through the platform. Quibb deducts commission and pays you the remaining amount within 3-5 business days of job completion.

6. Code of Conduct

You must not:

• Accept payment directly from customers outside the Quibb platform
• Exchange contact details to bypass Quibb
• Subcontract work without Quibb's prior written approval
• Perform unlicensed work
• Work under the influence of drugs or alcohol

7. Insurance and Liability

You must maintain your own public liability insurance. Quibb's insurance does not cover your work. You indemnify Quibb against any claims arising from your work.

8. Termination

Quibb may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, providing false information, insurance or licence lapse, safety violations, or multiple customer complaints.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Melbourne, Australia, governed by the laws of Victoria.
